How Our Payment Plan Works
• 1. Deposit to Secure Your Reservation: To confirm your spot on the tour, only an initial deposit of 30% is required. This immediately guarantees your reservation for hotels, cruise cabins, domestic flights, site admissions, and all services included in your itinerary.
• 2. Intermediate payment of 50%
• 3. You pay the remaining 20% 30 days before departure.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In the event of a trip cancellation, the following cancellation fees, calculated based on the total cost of the tour, will apply:
Cancellation Fees by Time Period
• Up to 61 days before arrival: 10% of the total amount will be retained.
• 60 to 31 days before arrival: 25% of the total amount will be retained.
• 30 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be retained.
• 14 to 1 day before arrival: 100% of the total amount will be retained.

• Airline Tickets: Cancellations for domestic and international flights are subject to the specific terms, fares, and penalties applied by individual airlines at the time of booking.
